- this lot combines the vendor's 'Base Liquidation' sheet (Tier 1) with the shapewear-brand portion of a separate 'Defective' sheet (Tier 2) from the same source file. Tier 2 excludes 8,177 units from that same internal ledger that are out of scope here: ~5,534 units are unrelated brands (The Spa Dr skincare and small misc. codes) mixed into the same tracking sheet, and ~2,643 units are inventory owned by retail partners (Belk / Nordstrom), not this seller.
