Finding Products
Use the search bar at the top of any page to find what you're looking for. You can also browse categories in the Marketplace, Live Auctions, or Wholesale sections. Use filters to narrow down your results by price, condition, seller, and more.

Placing a Bid
In a live auction, you can place bids in real-time. Simply enter your bid amount and confirm. If you're outbid, you'll be notified immediately. You can also set a 'Max Bid' to have the system automatically bid for you up to your limit.

Buying Now & Adding to Cart
For non-auction items, you can 'Add to Cart' and proceed to checkout. For wholesale items, you can add products to your B2B cart and place a bulk order, often with tiered pricing discounts.

Checkout & Payments
Our secure checkout accepts all major credit cards via Stripe. For wholesale orders, additional payment terms like Net 30 may be available depending on the seller and your credit status. All transactions are protected by our Buyer Protection policy.

Live Shopping Streams
Join live shopping events where sellers showcase products in real-time. You can interact via chat, ask questions, and purchase featured items instantly. Follow your favorite sellers to get notified when they go live.

Orders & Tracking
